my first time doing Sushi with tuna
i didn't like the sushi which made in restaurants, the test like sugar and i don't like it at all.
so i was looking forward to do it by myself, i saw it in youtube and search it in blogs finally i did it but i change some
ingredients:
seaweed sheets
Sushi rice vinegar
sushi rice
tuna
Mayonnaise
Sesame oil
Salt
vegetables any kind ( i used cucumber)
boil the rice
when its finished put it in the big ball and add 1 tsp salt- 1 tsp sesame oil- 1tsp rice vinegar
mix tuna with Mayonnaise and add some salt
Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. put the on top of plastic wrap seaweed sheet
put first rice
then put tuna lengthwise
then behind it put slice of cucumber
then roll up from the outside and dampen the edge to sea
then cute it
the finished look
the test is too yum i like it the way i do it ....... i can eat the sushi know ... i am happy that i like it finally ...
the mayonnaise and salt makes the sushi so YUM YUM YUMY

NOTE : if you are not familiar with sushi please try this recipe which has salt ,, in restaurant you will not like it ( i think) because its your first time trying it
